Born and raised on the North Fork, Marc grew up immersed in the values of hard work and community while working on his family’s farm through high school. After attending New York University, Marc discovered his passion for real estate operations, carving out a niche in managing new development projects.
 
Over the course of his career, Marc has worked with some of the most prominent developers in New York City. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Tishman Speyer, where he oversaw the opening and lease-up of Jackson Park, the company’s flagship 1,900-unit rental project in Long Island City. His comprehensive expertise spans design and construction, marketing, sales, operations, and financial management, allowing him to bring a seamless approach to every project he undertakes.
 
After years of working in the city, the North Fork called Marc back home. Today, he lives in Greenport with his wife, a fellow North Fork native, and their two children. Marc is deeply committed to blending his big-city experience with small-town values to enhance the local community and landscape.
